By purchasing or using any product or service offered by basenetworkable.cc ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
basenetworkable.cc provides software tools for use with the video game Rust. Use of third-party software that modifies game behavior may violate the game's Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. You assume all risk associated with use of this software, including but not limited to account suspension or hardware banning by the game publisher or anti-cheat provider. We make no guarantee of undetectability.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a single non-transferable, non-sublicensable license key. Each key is bound to one hardware ID (HWID). Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.
All sales are final. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after a license key has been delivered. We strongly recommend purchasing a 1-Day plan first to verify compatibility with your system before committing to a longer subscription.
You may not use the Service to harass other players, in tournament or competitive environments, or in any manner that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if we determine you are in breach of these Terms.
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur during anti-cheat updates or maintenance. Downtime does not entitle you to a refund or extension unless explicitly offered by us.
All software, code, and content provided through basenetworkable.cc remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASENETWORKABLE.CC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
