When you make a purchase, we collect:

- · Payment details — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers
- · A record of your purchase (plan, price, and order date)
When you use the loader software, we additionally collect:
- · A one-way hash of your Hardware ID (HWID) — the raw value is never stored
- · Login timestamps and IP addresses for security purposes
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to:
- · Deliver your license key to your email
- · Authenticate your account and verify your license
- · Prevent license sharing and fraud
- · Provide customer support
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third parties to operate the Service:
- · Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to card data.
- · Supabase — secure hosted database for account and license data.
- · Resend — transactional email delivery.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
Order and license records are retained for as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your email from our records by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Security
All passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost ≥ 12). HWID values are hashed with SHA-256 before storage. All data is transmitted over TLS. We do not store raw card numbers or credentials.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord.
7. Cookies
The basenetworkable.cc website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Session data remains on your device.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
